Broaden Your Horizons...

Of Moving Colors Productions is hosting the sixth annual

Byrde's Dancers Scholarship Luncheon, an effort that

brings life-changing arts opportunities to children of all backgrounds.

Each year, OMC presents Kick It Out, a community outreach project

that involves children from all around our city.

The project is a large one, encompassing a four-month

dance experience, during which children learn under professional

dancers and perform onstage alongside them in a stunning production.

Around half of these children are only able to participate in Kick It Out

through the assistance of scholarships. A handful of those students

receive full scholarships; these are the Byrde's Scholars. The Byrde's Scholarships offer a complete experience that awards children with classes, costumes, dance shoes, photos and videos of the performance, as well as

tickets for each family to Kick It Out.
