​For one night only, OMC stepped out from behind the fourth wall to connect directly with a small audience at Anne Connelly Fine Art. This unique style of performance opened up a new level of vulnerability shared between the viewers and the performers.

Your Move
November 2 and 3, 2023
​Inspired by the complexity of games, and how the elements of gameplay mirror life's experiences, OMC opened the 36th season with Your Move. This production was co-produced by Associate Director Hannah Knoff and Julian Guillory featuring work by Anne Marie Herring.

Othello
May 5 and 6, 2023
​
Supported by the National Endowment for the Arts, Artistic Director Garland Wilson created an original dance adaptation of Othello, marking OMC's third Shakespearean work. This production featured work by renowned guest artists John Allen, Christain Von Howard, Pavel Zuštiak, and Courtney Landry.

Inspired by our Artistic Director's time in Eastern Europe, OMC premiered a work inspired by one of the oldest astronomical clocks in the world located in Prague. This production took the audience through warps of time and featured work by John Allen.

With works from Frankie Lee Peterson III and excerpts from Sofa Stories, this intimate fall showing tore down the wall that separates the audience and performer. OMC also performed this showing at the Annual Theatre Forum at Round Top, Texas.
