Dance for Parkinson's

Our dance for Parkinson's classes are FREE!

 

The class empowers participants to explore music and movement in ways that are stimulating and refreshing.  These classes are designed for people of all ages and abilities, including people with Parkinson’s Disease and their companions, offering a fun and creative outlet in the form of dance.

Every Friday 9:30 - 10:45am​

Film Premiere - Alyssa Braud

We’re excited to announce the premiere of a new dance film created by our artistic partner, Alyssa Braud.

We will be joining communities across the country to celebrate the 250th anniversary of American independence, and are currently developing a special project that will honor our country.
