Click the button "Download Application" below to download the PDF application. Please fill out this form and email it to madeline@ofmovingcolors.org or bring it to placement on October 20th.

After finishing the application, click the "Pay Tuition" button below. There will also be an option to pay at the parent meeting (on our first rehearsal after placement).
Finally, click the "Participant Waiver" to download the PDF waiver. Please fill this form out and email it to madeline@ofmovingcolors.org or bring it with you to placement on October 20th.

If you need to request a scholarship form: click the "Scholarship Form" button. Please fill this form out and email it to madeline@ofmovingcolors.org or bring it with you to placement on October 20th.
